Sprowston Playroom
Client Brief
Our customers wanted a space away from the house where their children could play with better access to the garden and outdoor space.
A traditional extension on the rear of the house would be far more expensive and disruptive.
They also wanted to be able to have movie nights and stream television easily, so good internet connection was important.

This garden room was built to fit in a tight space as there was fence panels on either side of the room and to the back. By building from scratch on site we were able to maximise the available space.

The wifi router in the house was in the front room and we needed to get our Cat5e internet cable from there out to the garden room. This involved a complex route through an under stairs cupboard, dining room and conservatory, all was neatly concealed in mini trunking.
