Client Brief

NANSA are a charity who provide services for people of all ages living with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
​
They had run out of office space in the main building and needed more room to expand the services they can offer.
 
Our 3-room building is to be used by the Sleep Therapy team to carry out consultations with service users.

Challenges & Solutions

  • Build time - 18 working days

  • It is a commercial premises, so we needed provide some additional electrical installations to comply with regulations. This included emergency exit lighting and a hardwired fire alarm system. The fire alarms were wired in FP200 cable and are ready to be integrated with the main building fire alarm system if is required in future.

  • We also installed a wall mounted server cabinet to house IT equipment
